Château de Frétoy is a beautiful combination of a castle and a family home where serenity, wellbeing and comfort are the main focus. We offer holiday accommodation for exclusive rental to groups of up to 52. We can sleep 32 guests in the Château and 22 guests in our coach house.

Our château

Château de Frétoy embraces romantic architecture and beautiful features like stone walls, local ceramic tiles, old wooden floors and windows dating back to 1900. The château faces south and has views over rolling hills and nearby farmlands.
In keeping with the history of the Château, all bathroom facilities are located in the north tower and there is one large bathroom on each floor. Each bathroom facility has three enclosed showers with its bathroom furniture. Three separate toilets and two extra washbasins complete our washrooms.
We can sleep 32 guests in total in our château. There are 12 spacious, light and airy bedrooms between the two floors. Some bedrooms can accommodate up to four guests.

*Our rates for a week or a weekend include the privatisation of the entire castle (32 beds).
These prices do not include the rental of the Coach House accommodation. We do not rent out individual rooms in the Château. Arrivals are at 16h and departures at 10h.

You can also enjoy the private garden and terraces, which are ideal for your breakfast, a pure moment of relaxation or simply to enjoy a glass of Burgundy wine in the evening.
Your stay at the coach house includes a continental breakfast with cold options and freshly baked croissants.

The Suite n°1 offers spacious accomodation for up to two people with a king size bed (180x200), a little balcony and a separate toilet. The modern en-suite bathroom with the sink is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.

The Suite n°2 offers spacious accomodation for up to two guests with a king size bed (180x200), a big balcony and coffee and tea facilites. The big bathroom stocked with fresh towels, bathrobes and a hair dryer is split in a room with a bath and a double sink and a second room with a shower and a toilet.

The Suite n°3 offers spacious accomodation for up to two guests with a king size bed (180x200), a big balcony and coffee and tea facilites. The large bathroom with a shower, a bath and a double sink is stocked with fresh towels, bathrobes and a hair dryer.

La Suite n°3 offre un espace de vie spacieux pouvant accueillir jusqu’à deux personnes dans un lit « King » (180 x 200), un grand balcon et des toilettes séparés. La salle de bain est équipée d’une baignoire, douche et 2 lavabos et les serviettes sont fournies.

Our appartment is situated on the second floor with an easy access from the rear of the coach house. The appartment is light, bright and airy and the living room opens up to a big balcony with beautiful views on the countryside., the ideal place in which to unwind and recharge. It offers sleeping capacity for up to 6 guests with 3 cosy bedrooms – one double, two single and a loft bed. A small kitchen area and a shower room stocked with fresh towels and toiletries complete the unit.

Apartmentn°2
Notre appartement est situé au deuxième étage avec accès facile depuis l’arrière du bâtiment. Lumineuse et aérée, la salle de séjour, dotée d’un canapé, d’une table basse et d’une table à manger donne sur un large balcon offrant de superbes vues sur la campagne. C’est l’endroit idéal pour vous détendre et recharger vos batteries.
Cet appartement peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes dans ses 3 chambres douillettes comprenant un lit double, deux lits simples et un lit superposé. Un petit coin cuisine ainsi qu’une salle d’eau équipée de serviettes complètent le logement.
